Pima Cotton is rightfully known as the softest cotton in the world. It is ideal for children and adults suffering from allergies and sensitive skin. The outstanding quality of the Peruvian Pima Cotton makes our clothes grow softer with time; making your garments last.

Almost all of our Baby and Layette Collection is manufactured from Pima Cotton. You will notice some our products will say 100% Pima Cotton in their description, and those that don’t are still made with high quality fabrics and blends.

When you choose to send your order as a gift, we take extra care to ensure it arrives beautifully packaged and ready to delight the recipient. Here’s what we do for each gift order:

1. Price Tag Removal: We remove all price tags from the products to keep the focus on the thoughtfulness of your gift.
2. Elegant Wrapping: All items are beautifully layered, wrapped together in soft tissue paper, and sealed with a branded sticker, adding a touch of elegance and care to your gift.
3. Signature Packaging: The wrapped items are placed in our signature LIVLY box, which is then tied with a branded ribbon, ensuring your gift looks as good on the outside as the products are on the inside.
4. Personalized Gift Note: You have the option to include a personal message for the recipient, which we will handwrite on a branded gift note to make it even more special. If no message is provided, we will write the gift giver’s name to ensure the recipient knows who to thank.

By choosing a gift box option at checkout, you can trust that your order will be presented with the utmost care and attention to detail, making every gift from LIVLY a memorable one.

Our cut is true to size. Please use our sizing chart for guidance or contact us for more information.
When buying a gift and uncertain about the size, it is recommended to choose one size larger.

Yes. We guarantee that all products sold with the LIVLY label on our website are designed by LIVLY.

All LIVLY products are new and unworn.

The discount code you receive when signing up to our newsletter is only valid on full-priced items, and is not valid on sale or in combination with other discounts. Please make sure you have added products on full price to the cart. If the code is still not working, please contact customer service.

Your entire order will be shipped within 2 weeks.

Online processing can take up to 3 business days. We kindly ask that you allow 3-7 business days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive. During SALE, please allow up to 6 days for your order to process.

Orders placed on our US website will be shipped from our warehouse in Miami, FL.

We currently offer $10 flat rate shipping for ground service and Free Shipping on orders over $80.

Once the item is returned and received. We will send a refund confirmation email that same day. It may take 3-5 business days for it to appear in your account.

LIVLY will do everything to deliver the right items to you, in an excellent condition. If you receive an item you are not happy with, please contact us, and we will help you.

Absolutely. LIVLY will only use your personal email to inform you of the latest offers and invitations to the most exclusive events. LIVLY has no access to your bank information.

Our partner offers the highest possible security through Encryption, SSL, MD5, with others, when paying with credit cards. They won't save your credit card number since the biggest risk online is that your card number will be saved and handed out to companies who will use it in other ways.
