At LIVLY, we promise to make your shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Your LIVLY goods should be sent from our warehouse within 1-3 days from when your order was placed.

Our current shipping options within the USA are the following:

Free Ground Shipping: Orders $120 or greater
Ground Shipping: $10
Express 2-Day Air Shipping: $25
Express 1-Day Air Shipping: $40

Please note: Orders including products with personal embroidery will be sent within 1 week.

We will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise that is in its original packaging with tags.

You may return your purchase for a refund of the original merchandise value within 15 days.
Exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase.

Machine Wash 30°

Pima Cotton is delicate, but it can be machine-washed. Select the delicate cycle and wash with similar colors.

Detergents

Use a mild detergent and do not use a detergent with bleach. Use cold or cool water to prevent fading.

Drying

We recommend air drying your Pima garments if possible. If you must dry them, please tumble dry on a low setting for best results. Avoid high heat when drying to prevent excessive shrinkage.
